Business Support Services

Contractor Safety management plans
Your Trades business needs to have a Safety Management Plan to demonstrate its operational procedures and how it complies to the relevant legislation. You will also require a separate plan should your business operate as a Subcontractor. As part of our client packages, we will provide a sample plan and tailor this to your unique business.
Legislation Compliance
As a Trades Business owner, you are required by law to comply with Work Health & Safety (WHS) Legislation, this comes in different forms depending on the State you operate in. All states except for VIC and WA need to comply to The Work Health & Safety Act 2011 including the WHS Regulation 2011 and relevant Codes of Practice. Navigating this regulation as a Trades business can be complex, therefore we provide you will all the tools and advice required to simplify the process.
High Risk Construction Work
As of January 2013, new Work Health and Safety regulations state that a “Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking” (PCBU) which therefore applies to all Trades businesses must provide and review a Safe Work Method Statement for High Risk Construction work. All our client packages will provide the tools are advice required to meet this legislation.
